Examples of X-ray fitting using SUPREX
In this page you will find three examples of X-ray fitting using SUPREX. They are the result of our experience using SUPREX with X-ray data obtained from our samples. In each case, we have included a zip file with the variable input, the X-ray data and the fitted data files. These variable input files can be modified for your specific case. We hope this can help you to use SUPREX to fit your data sucessfully.We would like to thank Professor Jacobo Santamaria for the preparation of these examples.
- TRILAYER FILM
Figure 1 shows the X-ray spectrum (red symbols) for a Fe/FeF2/Ag trilayer film and the calculated spectrum (yellow solid line) obtained using SUPREX.
- SUPERLATTICE FILM
Figure 2 shows the X-ray spectrum (red symbols) for a [Fe30/Cr12]10 superlattice on Si substrate and the calculated spectrum (yellow solid line) obtained using SUPREX.
- HIGH Tc SUPERLATTICE FILM
Figure 3 shows the X-ray spectrum (red symbols) for a [YBa2Cu3O7(1)/PrBa2Cu3O7(6)]12 superlattice film and the calculated spectrum (yellow solid line) obtained using SUPREX.
